dc.descriptionEl adolescente en conflicto con la ley “crónica de delitos anunciados” caso Yopal Casanare, es producto de un análisis teórico– investigativo y narrativo, que tiene por objeto analizar las falencias que presentan los sistemas de tipo social, familiar, educativo, económico y judicial en los que involucra al adolescente. Se fundamenta en los postulados constitucionales, instrumentos nacionales e internacionales en materia de administración de la justicia a menores de edad. El texto busca hacer visibles las fallas que presentan los sistemas que aplican la justicia y que conllevan no solo a la infracción de la norma por parte del adolescente, sino a una directa vulneración de Derechos Humanos, con el propósito de plantear en la agenda política de los diferentes espacios e instituciones competentes, la necesidad de evaluar, replantear e implementar estrategias de prevención directa, atención, garantía y materialización de derechos, desde los sistemas de los cuales forma parte el adolescente, antes de su ingreso al sistema de responsabilidad penal.
dc.descriptionTeenagers in conflict with the law “Chronicle of crimes announced” case Yopal Casanare, it is the product of an theoretical - investigative and narrative analysis, whose objective is analyze the lack of social, family, educational, economic and judicial systems that involves the teenagers. It is based on the constitutional principles, that are national and international instruments in the field of administration of Justice to minors. The text seeks to make visible the failures that have the systems which enforce justice and which involves not only the breach of the rule by the teenagers, but a direct violation of human rights, in order to raise the political agenda of the different spaces and competent institutions, the need to evaluate, reconsider and implement direct care prevention strategies , attention guarantee and materialization of rights, since the systems which the teenagers are part of , before they become a part into the system of criminal liability.
