The present articulate tries to make a reflection around considering that so advisable it would be that a representation of the union organization participated in the management of the company, well-known modality like co management; or if on the contrary it would be better than this representation was in charge of workers of the own company, but not de connected with the paper who carry out the organizations union. In order to obtain the training target I am made an investigation of documentary character, that I include an ample bibliographical review, This investigation offers to way of final reflection, the following thing: the sector single employer will be able successfully to accept the participation of the workers in the management of the company, while a shift of paradigm in the structure of the thought of managers does not take place, as well as change of thought in the workers and but even in the union organizations.El presente artículo pretende hacer una reflexión en torno a la conveniencia de una representación de la organización sindical, en la gestión de la empresa, modalidad conocida como cogestión; o si al contrario, resultaría mejor que esta estuviera a cargo de trabajadores de la propia empresa, pero no vinculados con el papel que desempeñan las organizaciones sindicales. Para lograr el objetivo se realizó una investigación de carácter documental, que incluyó una amplia revisión bibliográfica, ofreciéndose como reflexión final, lo siguiente: el sector empleador sólo podrá aceptar con éxito la participación de los trabajadores en la gestión de la empresa, mientras no se produzca un cambio de paradigma en la estructuradel pensamiento de gerentes, así como cambio de pensamiento en lostrabajadores y más aun en las organizaciones sindicales.
