| dc.description | The present investigation was directed to determine the relation between themotivation and the satisfaction in the worker of health organization in CoomevaE.P.S, Riohacha (Colombia) and Ame C.A., Maracaibo (Venezuela).. The theoreticalfoundations Motivation was Robbins (2004) and Satisfaction Guillen y Guil (2000).The used methodology was of the correlation of descriptive type, make with not experimental design, of the transactional type. The population was constituted by 64workers, 47 of that belonging to the Ame and 17 to the Coomeva. . The technique ofthe gathering of the data was the observation by means of survey, elaborating aquestionnaire for satisfaction and quality of the labor life; make traps the fixed of thealternative of the answer. The validation of the instrument was carried out through ofinclination of the teen (10) experts. The dependability was carried out coefficients ofinclination of the Alpha Cronbach indicating a dependability of 0.91 to instruments ofmotivation and the labor satisfaction with 0, 0.90. The results of the applicationinstruments of the gathering of the information were tabulated, analyzed andinterpreted of a whole, an inclination of the descriptive statistic, which allowedproposing the conclusions throwing in motivation with witnesses, labor satisfactionwith drop in the workers of these universities. It means that relation between bothvalues was high, make traps the value of r=0,67; that it indicates this correlation inhigh positive address. | en-US |
| dc.description | La presente investigación estuvo dirigida a determinar la relación entre laMotivación laboral y la satisfacción laboral de los empleados en empresas de salud,Coomeva E.P.S, en el municipio de Riohacha (Colombia) y Ame C.A., en elMunicipio de Maracaibo (Venezuela). . Los fundamentos teóricos para estrés fueronRobbin (2004) Motivación laboral y para Satisfacción laboral Guillen y Guil (2000).La metodología utilizada fue de tipo descriptivo correlacional, con un diseño noexperimental, de tipo transeccional. La población estuvo constituida por 64empleados, 47 pertenecientes Ame C.A. y 17 a Coomeva E.P.S. La técnica derecolección de datos fue la observación mediante encuesta, elaborando uncuestionario para Motivación laboral y uno para Satisfacción laboral, con alternativafija de respuesta. La validación del instrumento se realizó a través del juicio de diez(10) expertos. La confiabilidad se realizó a través del coeficiente de Alpha Cronbachindicando una confiabilidad de 0,91 para el instrumento de Motivación laboral y0,90 para el instrumento de Satisfacción laboral. Los resultados de la aplicación delinstrumento de recolección de información fueron tabulados, analizados einterpretados, a través de la estadística descriptiva, lo cual permitió proponer lasconclusiones arrojando una alta presencia de Motivación laboral en las empresasprestadoras de salud y una alta presencia de satisfacción laboral en los empleadosde dichas empresas. En cuanto a la relación entre ambas variable fue positiva muyfuerte, con un valor de r=0,705; lo indica que dicha correlación es de direcciónpositiva y alta. En cuanto a las diferencias de medias entre Colombia y Venezuela,aplicada la prueba t student se acepta la hipótesis nula y para la variablesatisfacción se rechaza la hipótesis nula. | es-ES |
