This draws on the literature review, which allowed us toanalyze the design of the Women's Leadership and present that category according to thehistorical, sociological and anthropological process Venezuelan twentieth centurypresented by Francisco Herrera Luque Foundation at the end of the century (1997). Para ello recurre a la revisión documental, quepermitió analizar la concepción del Liderazgo Femenino y presentar dicha categoría segúnel proceso histórico, sociológico y antropológico del venezolano del siglo XX presentadopor la Fundación Francisco Herrera Luque a finales de ese siglo (1997).
