IMPACTO DEL EFECTO IDEOMOTOR EN EL COMPORTAMIENTO ORGANIZACIONAL: TAXONOMÍA DE UNA INSTITUCIÓN DOMINÓ

This research aimed to study and understand the impact of ideomotor effect on organizational behavior and the complex definition of an institution dominated by relying, supported on the principles of Gomez (2014), Chiavenato (2004), Quintana (2006 ) Alles (2013) and Razo (2004) among others. This was a descriptive study hermeneutics, which was developed under the documentary mode, relying on sources and substantiated records allowed researchers to address the issue raised. Among the final reflections which led to this investigation, they found that when the individual is negatively self-influenced cannot be a healthy organizational behavior that develops positively, because it would violate the principle of fluidity that is essential within organizations, for this reason, the positive ideomotor effect can be established as a favorable element of organizational behavior, in the sense that the process is strengthened thanks to him. El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo comprender el impacto del efecto ideomotor en el comportamiento organizacional, así como la definición compleja de una institución dominó, apoyándose para ello en los postulados de Gómez (2014), Chiavenato (2004),Quintana (2006), Alles (2013) y Razo (2004) entre otros. La presente fue una investigación descriptiva hermenéutica, que se desarrolló bajo la modalidad documental, apoyándose en registros fundamentados que permitieron a los investigadores abordar la temática planteada. Entre las reflexiones finales a las cuales condujo la presente investigación se encuentran que cuando el individuo está autosugestionado negativamente no puede existir un comportamiento organizacional sano desarrollado de manera positiva, pues se estaría violando el principio de la fluidez el cual es fundamental dentro de las organizaciones, por esta razón, el efecto ideomotor positivo puede establecerse como un elemento favorable del comportamiento organizacional, pues el proceso se robustece gracias a él.
