The synthesis presented below is intended to know about the historical beginnings that gave rise to the REDINE magazine (ISSN: 2244-7997). In this sense, a group of teachers belonging to the different deaneries of the Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA), seeking answers to the concern of making their research and academic products known, grouped their ideas to found the legal bases and make the law a reality. creation of this prestigious investigative journal in the educational field. This coupled with the unconditional support of the governing authorities of the University and other professors who also gave their contributions and recommendations for the magazine to comply with all the necessary parameters. It is worth noting that REDINE emerged in 2009 and remains in force, complying with the various expectations expressed by those professionals who have given themselves the task of submitting their research papers, whose purpose is to generate a space for analysis and reflection in the educational field, as well as promoting the development of academic production carried out by experts in the area of ​​education and contributions that are produced from other disciplines. It is indexed / cataloged in Redib, Revencyt, Latindex, Actualidad Iberoamericana.La síntesis que se presenta a continuación tiene como propósito conocer los inicios históricos que dieron origen a la revista REDINE (ISSN: 2244-7997). En este sentido, un grupo de docentes pertenecientes a los diferentes decanatos de la Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA), buscando respuestas ante la inquietud de dar a conocer sus investigaciones y productos académicos, agruparon sus ideas para fundar las bases legales  y hacer  realidad la creación de esta prestigiosa revista investigativa en el campo educativo. Esto aunado al apoyo incondicional de las autoridades rectoras de la Universidad y de otros profesores que también dieron sus aportes y recomendaciones para que la revista cumpliera con todos los parámetros  necesarios. Vale la pena acotar que REDINE surgió en el año 2009 y se mantiene vigente cumpliendo con las diversas expectativas expresadas por aquellos profesionales que se han dado a la tarea de enviar sus trabajos investigativos realizados, cuyo propósito consiste en   generar un espacio de análisis y reflexión en el ámbito educativo, así como también, promover el desarrollo de la producción académica realizada por expertos en el área de la educación y aportes que se produzcan desde otras disciplinas. Está indizada/catalogada en Redib, Revencyt, Latindex, Actualidad Iberoamericana.
