In the present study, the Educational Performance of the Educational Council was analyzed as an emerging factor for the Community-School-Community integration. Developing under the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach, supported by a non-experimental field design of a descriptive nature. The population consisted of four hundred and thirty (430) people and for the sample, a technique called intentional sampling was used, consisting of sixty-one (61): two (2) managers, nine (9) teachers, nine (9) spokespersons students and forty-one (41) representatives, all members of Educational Council. The techniques used in this investigation were the survey and direct observation. Three questionnaires were applied; conformed by closed questions with alternative answers. The validity of the instruments was carried out through the review of three subject matter experts and the reliability was determined with the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, reaching values ​​of 0.9 for each of the instruments. It is concluded that there are coincidences in the opinions expressed by the subjects investigated, considering that the educational council is not working properly, which leads to a deficient process of School-Family-Community integration. It was also determined that the spokespersons are not fulfilling their responsibilities within the Educational Council.En el presente estudio se analizó el Desempeño Gerencial del Consejo Educativo como factor emergente para la integración Escuela Familia Comunidad. Desarrollándose bajo el paradigma positivista, con enfoque cuantitativo, apoyado en un diseño de campo no experimental de tipo descriptivo. La población estuvo conformada por cuatrocientos treinta (430) personas y para la muestra se utilizó una técnica denominada muestreo intencional, quedando conformada por sesenta y un  (61): dos (2) directivos, nueve (9) docentes, nueve (9) voceros estudiantiles y cuarenta y un (41) representantes, todos miembros del Consejo Educativo. Las técnicas utilizadas en esta investigación fueron la encuesta y la observación directa. Fueron aplicados tres cuestionarios; conformados por preguntas cerradas con alternativas de respuesta. La validez de los instrumentos se efectuó mediante la revisión de tres expertos en la materia y la confiabilidad fue determinada con el coeficiente Alpha de Cronbach alcanzando valores de 0,9 para cada uno de los instrumentos. Se concluye que existen coincidencias en las opiniones expresadas por los sujetos investigados, considerando todos que el consejo educativo no está funcionando adecuadamente, lo que conlleva a un deficiente  proceso de integración Escuela-Familia-Comunidad. Igualmente se determinó que las vocerías no están cumpliendo con sus responsabilidades dentro del Consejo Educativo.
