| dc.description | El propósito del presente ensayo es presentar una reflexión sobre la importancia de las competencias investigativas del docente de educación primaria desde el aprender a ser, aprender a conocer, aprender a convivir y aprender hacer como lo expuso Delors (1996) son competencias para desarrollar a lo largo de la vida del ser humano a fin de poder lograr el éxito como profesionales, seres humanos y contribuir a elevar la calidad educativa. Pues la sociedad actual requiere docentes actualizados para enfrentar los retos que se presentan y así poder proponer alternativas de solución a los momentos transformacionales que vive la sociedad venezolana. El desarrollo de las competencias investigativas en el docente investigador del siglo XXI, propone un cambio del paradigma del maestro trasmisor de conocimientos a un docente creativo e investigador, transformador del medio educativo, proponiendo estrategias de solución a las situaciones problemáticas del aula, en el contexto comunitario, ambiental y de su praxis pedagógica para lograr la calidad educativa. | es-ES |
