| dc.description | The present study was based on a phenomenological investigation of physical and sports activity in the Deanery of Veterinary Sciences of the Centroccidental University "Lisandro Alvarado, framed in the qualitative approach in the interpretive paradigm. At the same time, it relied on field research, where the systematic analysis of problems in reality is sought, with the purpose of either describing and interpreting them, explaining their causes and effects; of interpretative character. Informal interviews were applied to social actors made up of two teachers, two administrative staff and one student, and the information provided by each of the subjects studied was described, being ordered by categories that were interpreted by the author of the research through of the triangulation of the information coming to the following considerations, that the teaching, administrative and student personnel of the Dean of Veterinary Sciences of the UCLA does not practice in a regular and systematic way the physical activity within the habits for the development and maintenance of their health , being extremely beneficial in the prevention of diseases and improvements in the quality of life. Also as a means to forge the character, discipline, decision making and compliance with the rules, benefiting the development in all areas of daily life. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente estudio se basó en una investigación de carácter fenomenológico de la actividad física y deportiva en el Decanato de Ciencias Veterinarias de la Universidad Centroccidental “Lisandro Alvarado, enmarcada en el enfoque cualitativo en el paradigma interpretativo. A su vez se apoyó en una investigación de campo, donde se busca el análisis sistemático de problemas en la realidad, con el propósito bien sea de describirlos e interpretarlos, explicar sus causas y efectos; de carácter hermenéutico. Se aplicó entrevistas informales a los actores sociales conformados por dos docentes, dos personal administrativo y un estudiantes, así mismo se describió la información aportada por cada uno de los actores sociales siendo ordenados por categorías que fueron interpretados por el autor de la investigación a través de la triangulación de la información llegando a las siguientes consideraciones, que el personal docente, administrativo y estudiante del decanato de Ciencias Veterinaria de la UCLA no practican de forma regular y sistemática la actividad física dentro de los hábitos para el desarrollo y mantenimiento de su salud, la cual es sumamente beneficiosa en la prevención de enfermedades y en las mejoras de la calidad de vida. Así si mismo si se realiza actividad física de manera continua sirve como un medio para forjar el carácter, la disciplina, la toma de decisiones y el cumplimiento de las reglas, beneficiando el desenvolvimiento en todos los ámbitos de la vida cotidiana del ser humano. | es-ES |
