This essay is a construct to generate intentionality free time focusing on the socialization process from the educational perspective of recreation specialists Lara state. This was done as a literature review, as well as some informal interviews with some experts in the recreation area with the intention of carrying out an analysis of the theoretical foundations that support these practices. The basic idea is to train the individual on the theoretical aspect of free time and then on the good use of it in physical and recreational activities that require you to improve the quality of life. At the conclusion of this essay are some final thoughts that emerged from the review that generate the construct allowed for free time focusing on the socialization process in educational.El presente ensayo tiene como intencionalidad generar un constructo para el tiempo libre centrado en el proceso de socialización a partir de la acción educativa desde la perspectiva de los especialistas en recreación del estado Lara. Para ello se realizo tanto una revisión documental, como también algunas entrevistas informales a algunos especialistas en el área de la recreación con la intensión de efectuar un análisis de los fundamentos teóricos que apoyan estas prácticas educativas. La idea fundamental es formar al individuo sobre el aspecto teórico del tiempo libre y luego sobre la buena utilización del mismo en actividades físicas y recreativas que le conlleven a mejorar la calidad de vida. Al concluir el presente ensayo se presentan algunas Reflexiones finales que emergieron de la revisión que permitió generar el constructo para el tiempo libre centrado en el proceso de socialización en la acción educativa.
