dc.descriptionAlmeida, Amarilla and Baran studied the problem of cost-minimization multi-objective in short, medium and long term for the location of telephone exchanges in the city of Asuncion, Paraguay, determining the number of central and convenient location of these plants SPEAII using evolutionary algorithm. dc.descriptionAlmeida, Amarilla y Barán estudiaron el problema de minimización multiobjetivo de costo a corto, mediano y largo plazo para la ubicación de centrales telefónicas en la ciudad de la Asunción, Paraguay, determinando el número de centrales y la ubicación ´optima de estas centrales usando el algoritmo evolutivo SPEAII. Proponemos en este trabajo aplicar el algoritmo evolutivo NSGAII al problema de ubicar centrales telefónicas en Cabudare, Estado Lara, Venezuela; demostrando que constituye una opción válida para abordar el problema multiobjetivo.es-ES
