We consider Abortion in different ways and mainly the actual law that was modified in February 2014 by the Bolivian Court of Justice. History in different parts of the world are taken into consideration, its evolution and the problems that we take into account in relation to maternity mortality, the overpopulation, feminist movements and illegal abortion. A short description about abortionSe considera el tema del Aborto en sus diferentes facetas y sobre todo la ley actual modificada en fecha 5 de Febrero 2014 por el Tribunal Constitucional Boliviano. Se tiene en cuenta la historia en diferentes partes del mundo, su evolución y los diversos problemas que se observan en relación a mortalidad materna, sobrepoblación, movimientos feministas y abortos ilegales. Se efectúa una breve descripción de los métodos de aborto sus consecuencias y complicaciones.
