dc.descriptionRethinking and redefining the role of Venezuelan Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), facing the fourth industrial revolution, constitutes a challenge in the third decade of the 21st century. The objective is to propose, the re-updating and relaunching of the degrees of the Experimental Faculty of Sciences of the University of Zulia (FECLUZ). The methods of philological, phenomenological and propositional hermeneutics (decision making) were used. It is necessary to update and relaunch the degrees of the FEC-LUZ, given the prominence of basic sciences in the creation of current disruptive-convergent technologies, and as an alternative to the national crisis.en-US
dc.descriptionRepensar y redefinir el rol de las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) venezolanas, de cara a la cuarta revolución industrial, constituye un desafío en la tercera década del siglo XXI. El objetivo es proponer, la re actualización y relanzamiento de las licenciaturas de la Facultad Experimental de Ciencias de la Universidad del Zulia (FECLUZ). Se usaron los métodos de la hermenéutica filológica, fenomenológico y propositivo (toma de decisiones). Es preciso reactualizar y relanzar las licenciaturas de la FEC-LUZ, dado el protagonismo de las ciencias básicas en la creación de las actuales tecnologías disruptivas-convergentes, y como alternativa a la crisis nacional.es-ES
