Resumen
The appealability of the interlocutory decisions in the common procedure has undergone great changes with the advent of the New Code of Civil Procedure. Initially, the classification of the judge's pronouncements and the history of interlocutory appeal in previous legislations were discussed. The new system of Law 13.105/15 was studied with regard to the system of preclusion of art. 1.009, § 1 and art. 1.015, in order to discuss the hypotheses of interlocutory appeal and the use of substitutes means of challenge to object immediately interlocutory decisions. 1.009, § 1ª e do art.
