dc.descriptionAt present and in the face of the new reality that society is experiencing globally with the COVID 19 pandemic, technology has played an important role in the field of education since both teachers and students have had the need to get involved in the management and use of educational platforms, it has been a great effort and dedication, but this challenge has been overcome. Changing to this new context from face-to-face to virtual has been a great effort that three important parties have carried out, educational institutions, teachers and students since in some cases they are not trained with the basic knowledge in the use of virtual tools and educational platforms, but sometimes in the face of these complications to continue teaching the chair, strategies are sought since in most basic, middle and higher level schools they have structure and infrastructure with virtual tools, in this way there are a variety options to continue teaching online classes which the teacher will seek the best teaching-learning strategies that fit their educational program. The complexity and accessibility that the teacher has had in the use of Educational Technologies and Platforms will be analyzed in this work, since it is a great challenge but not impossible to start working in this context today, the main thing is to take the first step That sometimes turns out to be the fear of using technology, everything takes a transition and a process of change but it is not impossible to reach that point which is the teacher's domain in the basic tools that any educational platform of their preference contains.en-US
dc.descriptionAnte la nueva realidad que vive la sociedad de manera global con la pandemia COVID 19, la tecnología ha jugado un papel importante en el ámbito de la educación, ya que tanto docentes y alumnos han tenido la necesidad de involucrarse en el manejo y uso de las plataformas educativas con gran esfuerzo y dedicación, con un alto costo en la disponibilidad de tiempo y horas aplicadas. Cambiar al nuevo contexto de lo presencial a lo virtual, ha sido un desafío que se ha llevado a cabo en tres elementos importantes: las instituciones educativas, los docentes y los alumnos.-Para este nuevo contexto, se han encontrado casos que muestran falta de capacitación  sobre el uso de las herramientas, plataformas y procesos virtuales educativos.- Ante estas complicaciones para seguir impartiendo la cátedra, la mayoría de las escuelas de nivel básico, medio superior y superior,  han buscado estrategias correspondientes, ya que tienen estructura e infraestructura con herramientas virtuales, de esta manera, surge una variedad de opciones para continuar impartiendo las clases en línea, en la cual el docente busca las mejores estrategias de enseñanza-aprendizaje que se adapten a su programa educativo. Se analiza en este trabajo la complejidad y la accesibilidad que ha tenido el docente en el uso de las Tecnologías y Plataformas Educativas, ya que es un gran reto comenzar actualmente a trabajar en este contexto, lo principal es dar el primer paso, habrá que considerar que en ocasiones se presenta el temor al uso de la tecnología, por lo que será significativo reconocer que, todo lleva una transición y tiene un proceso de cambio , que viene a indicar que no es imposible llegar a dominar las herramientas básicas que contiene alguna plataforma educativa de su preferencia.es-ES
