dc.descriptionSolitary fibrous tumor/hemangiopericytoma is an uncommon vascular lesion with pericyte differentiation. It can occur anywhere in the body. Most of the lesions are benign but the behavior is unpredictable. This study aimed to describe the presentation, diagnosis, and treatment of solitary fibrous tumors with a review of the literature. The difficulty of making an accurate diagnosis is highlighted. This is a case report of a 30-year-old woman who was admitted to the hospital with abdominal pain.es-ES
