Here, we investigated the presence of microorganisms related to hydrothermal activity in the Orca seamount. Data profiling of the 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequences revealed a diversity pattern dominated mainly by the phyla Proteobacteria, Acidobacteria, Planctomycetes, and Bacteroidetes. | |
