Habilidades sociales y resiliencia en estudiantes pre-universitarios

Resumen
El objetivo de la presente investigación es conocer la relación entre las Habilidades Sociales y Resiliencia en estudiantes pre - universitarios. Para ello se utilizó una metodología descriptiva-correlacional. Donde la población está constituida por 129 estudiantes comprendidos entre 16 y 23 años de edad. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron la Escala de Habilidades Sociales de Gismero y la escala de Resiliencia de Saavedra & Villalta. Los resultados evidencian que la relación entre Habilidades Sociales y Resiliencia es positiva muy débil no significativa. Por otro lado se visualiza en los estudiantes pre – universitarios que tienen un 52.2% de nivel medio de Habilidades Sociales, y en un 24.8% de nivel bajo. Con respecto a Resiliencia se encuentra en 51.2% en un nivel promedio y con un 26.4% de nivel bajo. Los resultados indican relación positiva débil significativa entre las Habilidades Sociales y los factores satisfacción, metas, afectividad y autoeficacia de Resiliencia. Se propone realizar un programa de habilidades sociales para que los estudiantes pre – universitarios tengan mejores herramientas para interactuar con su entorno social; además ejecutar un programa de resiliencia para fortalecer su capacidad para adaptarse a situaciones problemáticas; hacer una mejor clarificación de sus proyectos u objetivos; interactuar con su entorno y resolver problemas de manera efectiva.
