Estrés y motivación laboral en adultos que realizan trabajo remoto en Lima Norte, 2022

Resumen
Esta investigación tuvo como finalidad determinar el vínculo entre el estrés y
motivación laboral en adultos que realizan el trabajo remoto en Lima Norte.
Referente a la metodología, este estudio es de tipo correlacional y de diseño no
experimental y de corte transversal, con muestreo de tipo no probabilístico por
conveniencia, teniendo de muestra de 129 trabajadores en modalidad virtual entre
las edades de 18 y 45 años (Me=31.40; De= 7.17; H=44.2%; M=55.8%) de Lima
Norte. Los instrumentos que se utilizaron son: Escala de estrés laboral de la OIT y
la Escala de motivación laboral R-MAWS. Los resultados demostraron que la
variable estrés laboral se correlaciona de forma inversa y moderada con la variable
motivación laboral (Rho= -.359; p<.05) en adultos que realizan el trabajo remoto en
Lima Norte. Concluyéndose, que a mayor estrés laboral expresen los trabajadores
de manera remota, menor será su motivación laboral.
