Neuromarketing y el proceso de compra del consumidor en una empresa de comida rápida, Miraflores, 2021

Resumen
El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre el
neuromarketing y el proceso de compra del consumidor en una empresa de comida
rápida, Miraflores, 2021. Tuvo como enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, con un
nivel transversal-descriptiva, diseño no experimental, la población lo conformaron
clientes que consumen en los 35 restaurantes de comida rápida de Miraflores, Se
usó la técnica encuesta, como instrumento el cuestionario compuesto por 20
preguntas, 10 preguntas dirigidas a la variable 1 Neuromarketing y 10 preguntas
dirigidas a la variable 2 Proceso de compra del consumidor, lo cual se usó la Escala
Likert para la medición. En el proceso de la investigación se desarrolló los resultados
obtenidos en el estadístico SPSS 28 y se comprobó la confiabilidad del cuestionario
a través de la utilización del alfa de Cronbach, a su vez se aplicó el método de Rho
Spearman con un coeficiente de 0.114 obteniendo una correlación positiva mediana
entre la variable 1 y variable 2, asimismo, también para la medición de la correlación
de dimensiones. Finalmente se determinó que no existe relación entre el
neuromarketing y el proceso de compra del consumidor en una empresa de comida
rápida, Miraflores, 2021.
