dc.descriptionEste estudio describe las ideas sobre los enlaces químicos de un grupo de estudiantes que iban a comenzar la universidad y las de otro de estudiantes universitarios. Los resultados muestran distintas ideas con respecto a: procesos donde átomos iguales o distintos se agrupan, la posibilidad que una unión química sea un proceso espontáneo, la estructura de sustancias unidas por enlace iónico o covalente y la causa de un enlace iónico. Resalta también el pobre grado de coherencia de las concepciones manifestada cuando los estudiantes usan una idea en un contexto pero no en otro similar. La investigación encuentra que las concepciones de los alumnos universitarios y preuniversitarios son las mismas en la mayoría de los casos.
dc.descriptionThis study describes the students go to begin the university and the university strudents ideas about chemistry bonds. The results show distinct ideas with respect to: process when similar or different atoms group, the possibility that a chemistry bond was a spontaneous process, the structure of substance bonding with ionic or covalente bond and the cause of a ionic bond. Another analysis about this conceptions coherence show that is very poor, because the students use one idea in one context but nor in another that is similiar. The investigation found that the conceptions of university and pre-university students was the same in most of the case.
