Incidencia de la aplicación del Balanced Scorecard en la gestión estratégica del Banco Continental - Oficina Real Plaza Trujillo

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the application of the balanced scorecard and its impact on the strategic management of the continental Bank - Office real plaza Trujillo. Strategic planning is the main stage where they make long term goals, and one of the strategies used to achieve these objectives is the analysis SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats). But the problem faced by some banks; It is that they probably have a strategic plan, but who do not come to run completely. This is where comes the balanced scorecard, which is a tool that helps to translate the strategy or long-term vision of a bank in a set of operational objectives (understanding operating as short-term actions) that allow to carry out the strategic management, from the short to long term, through performance indicators. The study material has been taken as it shows all the workers of this Office of the Bank and 30 clients chosen at random, which was applied a survey based on four perspectives of the balanced scorecard and its different performance indicators, to determine their application; In addition, interviewed the Manager to learn how this tool helps in their management and the positive results obtained through this.
