Resumen
La gestión de almacenes y distribución física de productos terminados son dos aspectos
ampliamente estudiados en la logística. Sin embargo, muchas empresas medianas en el
Perú, específicamente en el sector de comercialización de productos de consumo masivo, adolecen de eficiencia y buenas prácticas en los procesos que involucran ambos aspectos.
El presente trabajo de tesis tiene como objetivo principal brindar una propuesta de mejora para la gestión de los procesos logísticos de una distribuidora de productos de consumo masivo abarcando para ello problemas desde la entrada de productos hasta su
distribución a los clientes. Para lograrlo, se realizó un estudio de la situación actual de los procesos de recepción, almacenaje, picking, despacho y diseño de rutas, identificando los principales problemas.
A partir de ello se estandarizó un pronóstico de venta en función a la temporada alta, se
diseñó un layout óptimo para el almacenamiento de PTER. se modificó el organigrama
para lograr µn mejor control de las operaciones. se definió un armado de los pallets mixtos para mejorar los indicadores de diferencia de inventario. y se aplicó un nuevo ru!eo utilizando el algoritmo de Clarke & Wright o método del ahorro.
Con la propuesta se estructura un óptimo sistema de gestión logística, en el que se

The main purpose of this resesrcn is to give proposals for improvements in logistics
management in a mass consumer distributor company lhat cover problems since the entry of products lo customers díslribution. To achieve tnis, a study was carried out about me present situation ot reception, storing, pícking, dispatch, and route design, ídenlifying the current major problems.
Wílh this in mind it was possible to ca/cu/ate the standard sales intormetion by SKU in
function of lhe pick season; it was able to desígn the optimum layout for storing PTER; fhe organiza/ion was modified to achieve better control of operations; was defined assembly of mlxed pallets to improve indícators of inventory difference; and il was applied a new routing using Clarl<e and \11/ríghl a/gorfthm.
Wíth the proposa/ macfe it's expected to obtain an optimum logistic managemenl system, where the weekness of cunent system can be removed
