The current task of investigation had as an objective to determine the top amount of recycled polymer of tires added to elements of blend into manufacturing of brickwork unit- type 1. We used it in a design of blending extreme angles, to a settlement (slump) of 2-3, with water relation/cement = 0.83 and the blended stone elements (AG); sand (AF) and polymer. The results has shown that the top amount of recycled polymer of tires is about 5.42% to a resistance of compression of 4, 9 MPa (50 kg/cm2) of brickwork unit- type 1. The inside structure of brickwork unit is porousness granulated and fibrous that are tighten join in the concrete reinforcing the transition area interfacial aggregate and polymer which gives the properties of compressive strength. The energy consumption of the brickwork unit during its ife cycle is 34 520.9 MJ (81.5%) in brickwork unit without the polymer (recycled rubber) and 228 648.10 MJ (85.4% ) in the brickwork unit with the polymer and the emission of carbon dioxide (CO2) when it is in the stage as material (input) is 4797.8 kg of CO2 (90.8%) in a brick block without the polymer and 12062.7 kg of CO2 (80.3%) and at the manufacturing stage 2477.84 kg (16.49%). It is ended that the top amount of recycled polymer of tires without using in the blende of concrete in the manufacture of brickwork unit type I with 4.9 MPa (50.0 kg / cm2), is 5.42%, which is the high emission of energy and CO2, if the polymer was combusted without being used as a component of a brickwork unit, it would stop polluting the environment when it will be part of the unit.
