Proyecto arquitectónico para el Hospital Especializado Nivel II – EsSalud en Cajamarca, Perú

Abstract

Actualmente nuestro país presenta una debilidad muy notoria en la prestación de servicios de salud, a pesar de tener un sistema de atención sanitaria descentralizado y administrados por cinco entidades. Una de ellas es EsSalud, un Organismo Público Descentralizado del Sector Trabajo y Promoción Social; la cual tiene por fin: la protección de la población asegurada y sus derechohabientes, otorgándoles prestaciones de prevención, promoción, recuperación, rehabilitación, económicas, y sociales con calidad, integralidad y eficiencia, con colaboración del Estado Peruano. El Proyecto Arquitectónico para el Hospital Especializado Nivel II – EsSalud en Cajamarca, Perú nace con el propósito de contribuir a mejorar la atención brindada a los pacientes asegurados de la Red Asistencial Cajamarca, mediante la planificación de un establecimiento con infraestructura adecuada, suficiente equipamiento y condiciones de bioseguridad óptimas. El actual Hospital II de Cajamarca se encuentra desarticulado, presentando una deficiente infraestructura hospitalaria y que conlleva a una inoportuna e inapropiada atención médica, generando una mala capacidad resolutiva en patologías de mediana complejidad de la población. Por ello, se propone un Hospital Especializado Nivel II que satisfaga la demanda y necesidades de los asegurados del ámbito de influencia del proyecto, para lo cual se realizó un arduo trabajo de investigación sobre teorías y normativas relacionadas al tipo de equipamiento, visitas de campo para conocer la realidad del problema actual, el terreno donde se edificará la nueva infraestructura y conocer los pensamientos de los usuarios. El proyecto se implanta muy bien con su contexto urbano, generando armonía con este e integrándose con su entorno paisajístico cercano, donde uno de sus objetivos principales es ser un Hospital Humanizado, ofreciendo espacios amigables para todo tipo de usuario sin importar su capacidad o limitación.

One of them is EsSalud, a Decentralized Public Organization of the Labor and Social Promotion Sector; The purpose of which is: the protection of the insured population and their beneficiaries, granting them prevention, promotion, recovery, rehabilitation, economic, and social benefits with quality, comprehensiveness and efficiency, with the collaboration of the Peruvian State. The Architectural Project for the Level II Specialized Hospital - EsSalud in Cajamarca, Peru was born with the purpose of contributing to improve the care provided to insured patients of the Cajamarca Healthcare Network, by planning an establishment with adequate infrastructure, sufficient equipment and conditions. optimal biosecurity. The current Hospital II of Cajamarca is disarticulated, presenting a deficient hospital infrastructure and that leads to untimely and inappropriate medical care, generating poor resolution capacity in medium-complexity pathologies of the population. For that, a Level II Specialized Hospital is proposed that satisfies the demand and needs of the insured within the project's sphere of influence, for which an arduous research work was carried out on theories and regulations related to the type of equipment, field visits to know the reality of the current problem, the land where the new infrastructure will be built and to know the thoughts of the users. The project is very well implemented with its urban context, generating harmony with it and integrating with its nearby landscape environment, where one of its main objectives is to be a Humanized Hospital, offering friendly spaces for all types of users regardless of their capacity or limitation.
