El presente estudio de tesis se fundamenta en el diseño de un plan de
mantenimiento centrado en la confiabilidad basado en la metodología análisis
causa raíz “ACR” con la finalidad de aumentar la disponibilidad mecánica de los
32 motores eléctricos jaula ardilla de la empresa DANPER S.A.C. los cuales
accionan máquinas críticas como: Secadores rotativos, ventiladores de tiro
forzado. Bombas de agua de alimentación, evaporadores, bombas de
combustible, cocinadores y prensas, para los procesos de preparación de sus
productos de exportación.
Se realizó una evaluación de las condiciones actuales de los motores eléctricos
jaula ardilla en el año 2015 donde se obtuvieron 894.20 horas de reparación con
un total de 663 intervenciones en ese mismo año. Obteniendo indicadores de
gestión de mantenimiento en condiciones actuales como disponibilidad de 86%,
confiabilidad de 78% con un tiempo promedio entre fallas de 8.56 horas útiles/falla
y mantenibilidad de 12% con tiempo promedio para reparar de 1.35 horas de
reparación/falla.
El análisis de criticidad a los motores eléctricos jaula ardilla se realizó a sus
principales elementos tales como: cojinetes, estator, rotor, ventilador y eje de
motor; basándose en 5 consecuencias tales como: Frecuencia de fallas, impacto
operacional, flexibilidad operacional, cosos de mantenimiento e impacto de
seguridad y medio ambiente, encontrando como resultados a los elementos rotor,
estator, ventilador y eje de motor.
Las fallas de los elementos críticos fueron evaluadas mediante el desarrollo de
hojas de información y hojas de decisiones del AMEF, evaluando 25 modos de
falla funcional. Para luego a través del número de prioridad de riesgo, obtener 19
fallas inaceptables, 2 fallas reducibles deseables y 4 fallas aceptables. Para
finalmente a través de diagramas de Ishikawa establecer la causa raíz de las
fallas.
El plan de mantenimiento centrado en la confiabilidad basado en el análisis causa
raíz, estimo una disponibilidad de 95%, confiabilidad de 92% y mantenibilidad de
12%.
