Cualidades Turísticas presentes en el Distrito de Otuzco para desarrollar el Turismo de Aventura – Región La Libertad

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación denominado “Cualidades Turísticas presentes en el distrito de Otuzco para desarrollar el Turismo de Aventura – Región La Libertad” tiene como principal objetivo identificar las cualidades turísticas presentes en el distrito de Otuzco para desarrollar el turismo de aventura. Para el logro de dicho objetivo principal, se ha considerado cinco objetivos específicos siendo el primero identificar las características que presenta los recursos turísticos ideales para las actividades de aventura, el segundo identificar la presencia de personas interesadas en la práctica de actividades de aventura, el tercero registrar los hoteles y restaurantes del distrito de Otuzco que permitan acoger al turista, el cuarto describir las características que presentan las vías de acceso de Trujillo – Otuzco y hacia los recursos turísticos para la verificación del estado actual de su accesibilidad, y por último, identificar las empresas de transporte que cubren la ruta Trujillo – Otuzco para la práctica del turismo de aventura en el distrito de Otuzco. Dentro de los Métodos que se han utilizado para la investigación se ha considerado el Método Etnográfico, el cual permitió registrar datos importantes como el identificar los recursos turísticos, los deportes de aventura así mismo poder describir el equipo que se usará para su puesta en práctica, así como también describir la planta turística, y el estado actual de la accesibilidad; del mismo modo, se ha hecho uso del Método Analítico – Sintético, el cual ha permitido radicar en la observación de hechos reales y particulares para hacer un estudio concreto acerca de las características de los recursos turísticos, deportes de aventura y su equipo necesario, y la planta turística. Adicionalmente se ha hecho uso de la Técnica de Muestreo Probabilístico Aleatorio Simple para poblaciones finitas y determinar el tamaño de la muestra de la investigación. Entre los resultados se ha obtenido en primera instancia que se identificó los recursos turísticos y los deportes de aventura a realizar. Por ejemplo, para la práctica del Hicking y el camping, el cerro Cholocday es un lugar ideal y se evidencia en sus características geográficas, ya que supera los 2600 m.s.n.m., además de los senderos y el paisaje con diversidad de flora y fauna propias del lugar, donde el deportista puede caminar libremente o puede acampar con total seguridad. Para la práctica de la palestra y el canopy, el recreo campestre Rosa Albina llega a ser un establecimiento ideal pues brinda servicios de hospedaje y restauración, además de diversas áreas de recreación. El espacio y su infraestructura es adecuada para seguir implementando estas dos actividades de aventura pues generará una oferta y demanda turística diferente demostrando así algo distinto y único, y que sale de lo habitual. Para la práctica del puénting, el puente de la vía de evitamiento, es un lugar ideal y se evidencia por sus características donde demuestra que es apto para la ejecución de esta actividad. Fue construido de una estructura metálica y concreto armado, presenta 6 metros de ancho más 75 centímetros de cuneta, y una altura de 20 metros aproximadamente; este deporte de aventura se ha ido desarrollando y posicionando a lo largo del tiempo, pues agencias que llegan de la ciudad de Trujillo traen visitantes de todas partes, y hasta los mismos comuneros de la localidad participan al lanzarse de este puente y gracias a ello, es el primer deporte de aventura que se ha ido conociendo y practicando en la localidad de Otuzco, donde el deportista podrá generar adrenalina y tener una experiencia inolvidable. Así mismo, existe una demanda turística interesada en realizar deportes de aventura, y se evidencia a través de los gráficos de las encuestas; donde el 32% está interesada en realizar Trekking, el 28% está interesado en realizar Puenting, el12% parapente, el 10% escalada en roca y cicloturismo, y el 8% camping. Por otro lado, la localidad de Otuzco cuenta con una planta turística considerable para atender al cliente, tiene 17 establecimientos de hospedaje que brinda al turista el servicio de pernocte, y tiene más de 50 establecimientos de restauración que ofrecen a los visitantes platos típicos como el jamón con yuca. Finalmente, las vías de acceso de Trujillo a Otuzco, y de Otuzco hacia los recursos turísticos se encuentran en buen estado y es de fácil acceso para los visitantes. En cuanto a las empresas de transporte que hacen el traslado de Trujillo a Otuzco son de tres categorías, buses, colectivos y minvans. Y para el traslado solo en Otuzco y a los recursos se pueden trasladar en mototaxis. Comprobada la hipótesis general, se corroboró en la investigación que las cualidades turísticas que presenta el distrito de Otuzco se expresan por la presencia de sus recursos turísticos, demanda turística para la práctica de las actividades de aventura, la planta turística y la accesibilidad.

The present research work called "Tourist Qualities present in the Otuzco district to develop Adventure Tourism - La Libertad Region" has as its main objective to identify the tourist qualities present in the Otuzco district to develop adventure tourism. Among the Methods that have been used for the research, the Ethnographic Method has been considered, which allowed recording important data such as identifying tourist resources, adventure sports, as well as being able to describe the equipment that will be used for its implementation, as well as describe the tourist plant, and the current state of accessibility; In the same way, the Analytical-Synthetic Method has been used, which has allowed to lie in the observation of real and particular events to make a concrete study about the characteristics of tourist resources, adventure sports and their necessary equipment, and the tourist plant. Additionally, the Simple Random Probabilistic Sampling Technique has been used for finite populations to determine the size of the research sample. Among the results, it has been obtained in the first instance that the tourist resources and adventure sports to be carried out were identified. For example, for the practice of Hicking and camping, the Cholocday hill is an ideal place and it is evident in its geographical characteristics, since it is about 4307 meters above sea level, in addition to the trails and the landscape with a diversity of flora and fauna typical of the place , where the athlete can walk freely or can camp safely. For the practice of the palestra and the canopy, the Rosa Albina country recreation becomes an ideal establishment because it offers lodging and catering services, as well as various recreation areas. The space and its infrastructure are adequate to continue implementing these two adventure activities as it will generate a different tourist supply and demand, thus demonstrating something different and unique, and that is out of the ordinary. For the practice of bungee jumping, the bridge of the avoidance route is an ideal place and is evidenced by its characteristics where it shows that it is suitable for the execution of this activity. It was built with a metallic structure and reinforced concrete; it is 6 meters wide plus 75 centimeters of gutters, and a height of approximately 20 meters; This adventure sport has been developing and positioning itself over time, as agencies that come from the city of Trujillo bring visitors from all over the place, and even the community members of the town participate by jumping off this bridge and thanks to this, It is the first adventure sport that has been known and practiced in the town of Otuzco, where the athlete can generate adrenaline and have an unforgettable experience. Likewise, there is a tourist demand interested in adventure sports, and it is evidenced through the graphs of the surveys; where 32% are interested in Trekking, 28% are interested in Bungee Jumping, 12% hang gliding, 10% rock climbing and cycling, and 8% camping. On the other hand, the town of Otuzco has a considerable tourist plant to serve the client, it has 17 lodging establishments that offer the tourist the overnight service, and it has more than 50 catering establishments that offer visitors typical dishes such as ham with cassava. Finally, the access roads from Trujillo to Otuzco, and from Otuzco to tourist resources are in good condition and easily accessible to visitors. As for the transport companies that make the transfer from Trujillo to Otuzco, they are of three categories, buses, collectives and minvans. And for the transfer only in Otuzco and the resources can be transferred by motorcycle taxis. Once the general hypothesis was verified, it was corroborated in the research that the tourist qualities that the Otuzco district presents are expressed by the presence of its tourist resources, tourist demand for the practice of adventure activities, the tourist plant and accessibility.
