La presente investigación “Conocimiento del cuidado de enfermería en soporte nutricional enteral y su relación con algunos factores laborales en IREN Norte, Trujillo 2019”, de tipo descriptiva, correlacional de corte transversal, se realizó con la finalidad de determinar el conocimiento del cuidado de enfermería en soporte nutricional enteral y su relación con algunos factores laborales: experiencia laboral, capacitación y estudios de especialidad, en las enfermeras asistenciales del IREN Norte, durante los meses de Mayo–Setiembre del 2019. El universo muestral estuvo constituido por un total de 40 enfermeras que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión. La información se obtuvo mediante un instrumento elaborado por la autora, válido y confiable, aplicado mediante entrevista personal, considerando los derechos de anonimato, libre participación y confidencialidad. Los resultados fueron analizados estadísticamente y presentados en tablas de simple y doble entrada de forma numérica y porcentual. Para el análisis estadístico se utilizó el Test de Independencia de Criterios (X2), llegándose a las siguientes conclusiones: el 50% de enfermeras tienen un conocimiento del cuidado de enfermería en soporte nutricional enteral medio, el 33.4% un conocimiento bajo y el 16.6% un conocimiento bueno. No existe relación estadística significativa (p = 0.314 > 0.05) entre experiencia laboral y conocimiento; existe relación estadística significativa (p = 0.011 < 0.05), entre capacitación y conocimiento y existe relación estadística significativa (p = 0.016 < 0.05), entre estudios de especialidad y conocimiento del cuidado de enfermería en soporte nutricional enteral “knowledge of nursing care in enteral nutritional support and its relationship with some labor factors in iren north, trujillo 2019”. The present investigation “knowledge of nursing care in enteral nutritional support and its relationship with some labor factors in iren north, trujillo 2019”of descriptive type, correlational cross-sectional. It was carried out with the purpose of determining the level of knowledge of nursing care in enteral nutritional support and its relationship with some labor factors: work experience, training and specialty studies, in the nurses of the IREN North, during the months of May – September of 2019. The sample universe consisted of a total of 40 nurses who met the inclusion criteria. The information was obtained through an instrument prepared by the author, valid and reliable, applied through personal interview, considering the rights of anonymity, free participation and confidentiality. The results were statistically analyzed and presented in single and double entry tables in numerical and percentage form; For the statistical analysis the Criteria Independence Test (X2) was used, reaching the following conclusions: 50% of nurses have a knowledge of nursing care in medium enteral nutritional support, 33.4% a low knowledge and 16.6% a good knowledge. There is no significant statistical relationship (p = 0.314 > 0.05) between work experience and knowledge; there is a significant statistical relationship (p = 0.011 < 0.05), between training and knowledge and there is a significant statistical relationship (p = 0.016 < 0.05), between specialty studies and knowledge of nursing care in enteral nutritional support.
