Abstract

In this thesis project, a redesign of the clearance process of pre-mixed concrete for Distribuidora Norte Pacasmayo SRL company proposes. Taking scope to areas of production, planning and sales. This proposal will improve the use of our resources and be productive, by managing productivity indicators. The method used is the deductive, was taken as population activities clearance process undertaken by the company, obtaining the information with the observation technique and interview clients and company employees. He then proceeded to determine the flow chart of the company and analyze the interactions between different areas. In the analysis stage of the process, tools such as Pareto and Ishikawa diagram used. Finally through these tools used, the improvement was proposed. Of the proposal, it was estimated as a result, increased productivity by indicator: m3 of concrete pre-mixed dispatched by man - hours. The indicator improved from 1,47m3 / hh to 1.85 m3 / hh, plus the rate of customer improved considerably, due to the work planned for each of the areas. Therefore, the number of complaints was reduced from 21% to 12%. The company also DINO SRL will benefit economically and image to the market will improve considerably.
