Resumen
The present research is based on improving the performance of public servants, for which we posed the question "HOW DOES AN INCENTIVE PROGRAM IN IMPROVING THE PERFORMANCE OF PUBLIC SERVANTS OF THE DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY Sanagorán?" being the hypothesis as follows: An Incentive Program positively influences the performance of Public Servants Sanagorán District Municipality. As the research objective to determine how an Incentives Program, influences the performance of Public Servants Sanagorán District Municipality. To collect the data we created two data collection instruments, survey of all Public Servants and depth interview applied to the heads of the different areas of the District Municipality of Sanagorán. As results the following conclusion was obtained Incentive Program positively influences the performance of Public Servants Sanagorán District Municipality, which allows to identify the needs that must be taken into account: health provision, training, scholarships for children, savings plans and recognition.
