Etnobotánica y biomoléculas de especies de páramos y bosques nublados de Piura; con potencial aplicación en medicina complementaria y biocomercio

RESUMEN
La investigación tuvo por objetivo establecer la relación entre los conocimientos etnobotánicos de ocho especies de los páramos y bosques nublados del norte peruano y sus condiciones ambientales de crecimiento con la síntesis de biomoléculas de actividad farmacológica con potencial aplicación en medicina complementaria y el biocomercio. El estudio etnobotánico se realizó por consenso y participación de las organizaciones comunales mediante encuestas, colectas de campo y ideterminación taxonómica de las especies. Los análisis fitoquímicos se realizaron sobre extractos hidroalcohólicos de 96°, 70° y 45° GL, infusión y decocción; los compuestos fenólicos por el método Folin Ciocalteu; la actividad antioxidante y la capacidad antioxidante con DPPH; la abundancia de biomoléculas mediante HPLC y la estructura molecular por cromatografía liquida acoplado a espectrometría de masas. Vaccinium floribundum de los páramos mostró el mayor contenido de polifenoles (58 a 119.8 mg AG/g) y Cuphea cilliata del bosque de neblina (46.7 a 92.6mg AG/g). Por actividad antioxidante, Acaena ovalifolia de los páramos de Huancabamba, expresó los mayores valores en equivalentes de TROLOX, quercetina y ácido ascórbico; con 199.2, 117.89 y 132.0 mg/g respectivamente; mientras que del bosque nublado de Ayabaca y Huancabamaba, Cuphea cilliata tuvo los mayores valores en equivalentes de TROLOX, quercetina y ácido ascórbico con 117.99, 101,3 y 117.4 mg/g. Los perfiles cromatográficos de cada especie con cinco sistemas de extracción han permitido establecer sus huellas digitales. Las estructuras moleculares identificadas fueron: rutina en Muehlenbeckia hastulata; Isorhamnetina 3-0-Glucoside en Cuphea cilliata; Myricetin 3-0 Glucoside en Bejaria resinosa; Acido clorogénico y Quericetin 3-0 Glucoside en Vaccinium floribundum, esta última molécula también identificada en Brachyotum angustifolium.
