Abstract

This research entitled "The Implementation of Institutional Control and Management Tool in the District Municipality Chao" is a study of Descriptive type - purposeful; because the problematic situation faced by the Municipality regarding the governance, within the framework of internal control actions and simultaneously explains a proposal arises to implement the OIC as an instrument of corporate management to improve management the District Municipality of Chao. In the process of research is part of the problem that has been developed as follows: What is the incidence of Implementation of Institutional Control, as a management tool in the District Municipality of Chao? For this, the following hypothesis was developed: The Implementation of Institutional Control as a management tool positively affects the management of the District Municipality of Chao and was proposed as a general purpose show that the implementation of Institutional Control as a management tool falls positively in the management of the District Municipality of Chao. In order to achieve the realization of the research process developed the following activities: 1. Develop a diagnosis of the problems facing the District Municipality of Chao, regarding the implementation of the OIC and its impact on institutional management. 2. Design a proposal that may lead to implement the OIC as a management tool that allows timely formulate recommendations in order to optimize the monitoring and preventive control system and subsystems of the District Municipality of Chao. 3. Promote and optimize the efficiency, effectiveness, transparency and economy in the operations of the Bank and the quality of public services provided, to preserve the institutional equity losses due to waste, abuse, mismanagement, errors, fraud or irregularities and ensure optimal management of the District Municipality of Chao.
