dc.description.abstractFrank Alexander Diaz Valiente, presents his thesis: “The violation of the law of civil service collective labor rights of public employees in Peru”, which was advised by Professor, Dr. Modesto Olegario De Bracamonte Meza, written in 241 pages 2015 to obtain a master's degree in labor law and social security in the Graduate School of the National University of Trujillo. This research seeks to respond to the violation of the civil service law to collective labor rights of public servants of Peru, which is necessary to take a tour of the various labor regimes for public employees of Peru, also we revise a doctrinal level, several authors and / or specialists in the field, and finally a jurisprudential analysis of the collective rights of labor and the ruling of unconstitutionality issued by the Peruvian constitutional court regarding the law No. 30057; in order to be able to demonstrate a breach of the civil service law to collective labor rights of public employees in Peru, according to what problematized and hypothesized.
