Diseño de un plan de seguridad y salud ocupacional según la l29783, su reglamento d.s. 005 - 2012 – tr y sus modificatorias en la empresa fortaleza srl en la ciudad de Talara, 2016

Abstract

La Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo tiene el propósito de crear las condiciones para que el trabajador pueda desarrollar su labor eficientemente y sin riesgos, evitando sucesos y daños que puedan afectar su salud e integridad; además velar por el patrimonio de la entidad y el medio ambiente, propiciando así la elevación de la calidad de vida del trabajador, su familia y la estabilidad social. El presente trabajo de investigación basado en el “DISEÑO DE UN PLAN DE SEGURIDAD Y SALUD OCUPACIONAL SEGÚN LA LEY 29783, SU REGLAMENTO D.S. 005 - 2012 – TR Y SUS MODIFICATORIAS EN LA EMPRESA FORTALEZA SRL EN LA CIUDAD DE TALARA, 2016”; tiene como objetivo principal minimizar los peligros y riesgos a los que se exponen los día a día los colaboradores. La empresa tiene como principales servicios son el montaje industrial, pinturas industriales, alquiler de maquinaria pesada y construcción y reparación de obras civiles. Para el estudio se ha empleado métodos de recolección de datos a través de encuestas, entrevistas y visitas a campo para posteriormente plasmarla en la matriz IPERC, en ella se verifica cuáles son los peligros y riesgos más críticos y finalmente encontrar las medidas de control óptimas. Se realizó el diagnóstico de la situación actual de la empresa, con el propósito de verificar el porcentaje de cumplimiento de los lineamientos según Ley N°29783 y reglamento DS-005-2012-TR. En este capítulo se pudo evidenciar que no se contaba con un registro de accidentes e incidentes de trabajo a pesar de que habían ocurrido recurrentemente. Posteriormente se define la propuesta del diseño del Plan de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional según la ley 29873, el cual aplica para todos los trabajadores involucrados en los procesos y actividades desarrollados por la empresa FORTALEZA S.R.L; como resultado de la aplicación teórica de nuevos controles tanto administrativos, de gestión, ingeniería y la modernización de equipos de protección colectiva e individual se obtuvo una reducción total de riesgos intolerables, del 19% a 0%, riesgos importantes, 34% a un 17%, trasladando esta reducción porcentual a riesgos moderados, tolerables y triviales ( Moderado 38%. Tolerable 31%, Triviales 14%). Finalmente se determinó la viabilidad económica del presente proyecto a través de los resultados de los índices de rentabilidad tales como el valor actual neto (VAN: 55,007.09), la tasa interna de retorno (TIR: 18.73%) y el B/C la cual es de 1.97

In this chapter it was possible to show that there was no record of accidents and work incidents although they had occurred recurrently. Subsequently, the proposal for the design of the Occupational Health and Safety Plan is defined according to law 29873, which applies to all workers involved in the processes and activities developed by the company FORTALEZA S.R.L; As a result of the theoretical application of new administrative, management and engineering controls and the modernization of collective and individual protection equipment, a total reduction of intolerable risks was obtained, from 19% to 0%, significant risks, 34% to 17%. %, transferring this percentage reduction to moderate, tolerable and trivial risks (Moderate 38%, Tolerable 31%, Trivial 14%).
