Consumo de antiinflamatorios no esteroideos dispensados en dos establecimientos farmacéuticos de Sullana, durante enero - diciembre 2018

El presente informe tiene por objetivo dar a conocer el consumo de
medicamentos antiinflamatorios no esteroideos (AINE), dispensados en dos
establecimientos farmacéuticos de la provincia de Sullana – Piura durante los
meses de enero – diciembre de 2018. Se realizó un seguimiento de los AINE
más dispensados y comercializados bajo su denominación común internacional
(DCI) en los dos establecimientos farmacéuticos; para este estudio solo se
consideraron las formas farmacéuticas tipo tabletas y cápsulas. Los datos fueron
extraídos de la base de datos virtual del sistema de ventas de las boticas,
determinándose la demanda mensual y anual de los medicamentos
seleccionados. Los resultados demuestran que el AINE genérico de mayor
consumo anual de ambos establecimientos farmacéuticos fue paracetamol 500
mg con un total de 11419 unidades dispensadas con un valor anual total de
1141,90 soles; así mismo el AINE genérico de menor consumo anual de ambos
establecimientos farmacéuticos fue Meloxicam 15 mg con un consumo anual de
6012 unidades y un valor anual de 901.80 soles. Los resultados demuestran que
el AINE comercial o de marca, de mayor consumo anual de ambos
establecimientos farmacéuticos fue Gesidol 500 mg con un total de 2603
unidades dispensadas con un valor anual total de 7470.61 soles; así mismo el
AINE comercial o de marca, de menor consumo anual de ambos
establecimientos farmacéuticos fue Diclo-K 100 mg con un consumo anual de
1933 unidades y un valor anual de 4059.30 soles. The objective of this report is to publicize the consumption of Nonsteroidal anti-
inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), dispensed in two pharmaceutical establishments
in the province of Sullana - Piura during the months of January - December 2018.
The most dispensed NSAIDs were monitored and marketed under their
international common name (INN) in the two pharmaceutical establishments; For
this study, only tablet and capsule-type pharmaceutical forms were considered.
The data were extracted from the virtual database of the pharmacy sales system,
determining the monthly and annual demand for the selected drugs. The results
show that the generic NSAID with the highest annual consumption of both
pharmaceutical establishments was paracetamol 500 mg with a total of 11,419
units dispensed with a total annual value of 1141.90 soles; Likewise, the generic
NSAID with the lowest annual consumption of both pharmaceutical
establishments was Meloxicam 15 mg with an annual consumption of 6012 units
and an annual value of 901.80 soles. The results show that the commercial or
brand NSAID with the highest annual consumption of both pharmaceutical
establishments was Gesidol 500 mg with a total of 2603 units dispensed with a
total annual value of 7470.61 soles; Likewise, the commercial or brand NSAID
with the lowest annual consumption of both pharmaceutical establishments was
