Sistema de ventilación natural inducida aplicado en el diseño del mercado mayorista en la ciudad de Chiclayo - 2021

Abstract

La presente tesis propone el diseño arquitectónico de un Mercado mayorista en la ciudad de Chiclayo, para lo cual se pretende aplicar los lineamientos del sistema de ventilación natural inducida. La indagación sobre lo anteriormente mencionado determinó la aplicación de los criterios arquitectónicos como el uso de volúmenes de 9 m. de altura en el objeto arquitectónico para mantener una mejor circulación de aire en sus espacios interiores, organización de volúmenes separados continuos en línea recta para generar ventilación en los espacios vacíos entre cada volumen de manera uniforme, etc. Esta investigación se desarrolla a lo largo de cinco capítulos, resolviéndose de manera descriptiva, desarrollando un marco teórico que engloba entre otras cosas la caracterización de la variable señalada y la caracterización del área de intervención, para que dichos conocimientos sean aplicados en el diseño del Mercado mayorista en la ciudad de Chiclayo además de describir finalmente el impacto que una infraestructura de este tipo pueda tener a nivel distrital y metropolitano.

This thesis proposes the architectural design of a wholesale market in the city of Chiclayo, for which it is intended to apply the guidelines of the induced natural ventilation system. The inquiry into the aforementioned determined the application of architectural criteria such as the use of 9 m volumes height in the architectural object to maintain a better air circulation in its interior spaces, organization of continuous separate volumes in a straight line to generate ventilation in the empty spaces between each volume in a uniform way, etc. This research is developed over five chapters, solved in a descriptive way, developing a theoretical framework that includes, among other things, the characterization of the indicated variable and the characterization of the intervention area, so that said knowledge is applied in the design of the Market wholesaler in the city of Chiclayo in addition to finally describing the impact that an infrastructure of this type may have at the district and metropolitan level.
