El presente estudio está enfocado en determinar si el Crowdsourcing promueve la fidelización con los consumidores de una empresa. Al no contar con antecedentes suficientes dentro del panorama nacional, se optó por investigar el desarrollo de la empresa norteamericana Threadless en su plataforma digital. Para el proceso de investigación, se hizo uso de una ficha de observación, orientada hacia el análisis del comportamiento de un grupo de usuarios afiliados a la empresa, escogidos por conveniencia; así mismo se realizaron entrevistas a profundidad a expertos en comunicación y marketing digital para obtener los resultados orientados a la investigación cualitativa. Dichos resultados demostraron la efectividad de la herramienta crowdsourcing aplicado en las estrategias comunicacionales para promover el engagement con el consumidor y la conversión de lovemarks. Por último, la investigación logra demostrar la hipótesis planteada, determinando que el crowdsourcing sí promueve el marco comunicacional entre empresa y cliente. This study is focused on determining whether Crowdsourcing promotes customer loyalty with a company. Not having sufficient background within the national scene, we chose to investigate the development of the North American company Threadless on its digital platform. For the investigation process, an observation sheet was used, oriented towards the analysis of the behavior of a group of users affiliated with the company, chosen for convenience; In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted with experts in communication and digital marketing to obtain the results oriented to qualitative research. These results demonstrated the effectiveness of the crowdsourcing tool applied in communication strategies to promote consumer engagement and the conversion of lovemarks. Finally, the research manages to demonstrate the hypothesis raised, determining that crowdsourcing does promote the communication framework between company and client.
