El turismo busca generar nuevas oportunidades de integración para la sociedad y la economía. Siendo el Perú un país con diversidad cultural, ambiental y gastronómica, se debe de analizar cómo se viene desarrollando y qué se puede mejorar utilizando el marketing mix, con la finalidad de un incremento positivo, trayendo oportunidad laboral y estabilidad económica para las comunidades.
Situándonos en la realidad de Cajamarca, se utilizará como unidad de estudio a las empresas de turismo. Así mismo, el objetivo de este estudio es saber que factor del marketing mix es de mayor relevancia para las empresas, la metodología de investigación aplicada se basó en un estudio cualitativo de diseño no experimental y longitudinal del tipo descriptivo-simple.
Contando con 29 empresas registradas en MINCETUR 2016, es que se llevó a cabo la recolección de datos a través de la técnica de la entrevista, teniendo como instrumento una guía de pautas, fue estructurada con 22 preguntas agrupadas según las 4 dimensiones del marketing mix. Y obteniendo como resultado que el factor del marketing mix de mayor relevancia con un 66% es el producto, sostienen que a raíz de ofrecer un buen servicio se rige los demás factores del marketing mix. Being Peru a country with cultural, environmental and gastronomic diversity, it is necessary to analyze how it is developing and that it can be improved using the marketing mix, with the purpose of a positive increase, bringing employment opportunity and economic stability for the communities.
Placing ourselves in the reality of Cajamarca, tourism companies will be used as a unit of study. Thus, the objective of this study is to know which marketing mix factor is of greater relevance for companies, the applied research methodology was based on a qualitative study of non-experimental and longitudinal design of the descriptive-simple type.
With 29 companies registered in MINCETUR 2016, it is that data collection was carried out through the interview technique, having as a guideline guide, it was structured with 22 questions grouped according to the 4 dimensions of the marketing mix. And obtaining as a result that the most relevant marketing mix factor with 66% is the product, they argue that following the provision of a good service the other factors of the marketing mix are governed.
