Resumen
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo diseñar un plan de intervención desde el
enfoque centrado en soluciones en la técnica cambios pretratamiento para describir y
determinar las características de las actitudes parentales frente a las necesidades especiales
de sus hijos e hijas de un Programa de Intervención Temprana de Trujillo. El tipo de
investigación fue descriptiva propositiva porque concluyó en una propuesta basada en una
teoría que le corresponde. La muestra estuvo conformada por 44 padres y madres de niños y
niñas entre de 1 a 4 años con alguna necesidad específica: TEA y Síndrome de Down. Se
utilizó un cuestionario "Encuesta de actitudes de Padres”, Montalván, M. (2018). Entre los
resultados obtenidos, se halló que el 79% de padres tienen una actitud positiva- afectiva ante
la discapacidad de sus hijos, evidenciando la capacidad emocional asertiva para vivir una
vida satisfactoria junto a sus hijos, a pesar del diagnóstico. Se consideraron principios
terapéuticos del enfoque centrado en soluciones para proponer un plan de intervención bajo
la técnica de cambios pretratamientos antes las actitudes parentales frente a necesidades
especiales de hijos e hijas, fortaleciendo el vínculo socioemocional para su desarrollo
infantil.
