Desarrollo de modelos hidrológico-hidráulico de inundaciones utilizando software especializados y SIG: una revisión de la literatura científica

El objetivo de este trabajo es contar con información científica que permita responder la pregunta de investigación: ¿El utilizar modelos hidrológico-hidráulico provee información certera que nos permitirá prevenir de inundaciones?
La presente revisión sistemática recopila estudios de la fuente secundaria Ebsco y de las secundarias Scielo y Redalyc, cuyas palabras claves fueron: análisis, hidráulico, hidrológico, modelamiento, inundación, estudio (con conectores boleanos).
Por otro lado, como criterios de inclusión se establece: estudios entre 2015-2020, idioma inglés y español, información de calidad. Asimismo, los de exclusión fueron: investigaciones con temas ajenos al objetivo, objetivo del estudio y antigüedad. Todo ello, con el objeto de estudio de responder la pregunta de investigación planteada.
Finalmente, se seleccionan 25 estudios de investigación. Asimismo, se limita a generalizar los resultados; sin embargo, cada estudio alberga características únicas debido al modelo utilizado.
Se concluye que los modelos hidrológicos e hidráulicos logran identificar zonas de riesgo ante inundaciones debido a parámetros de sensibilidad y compatibilidad, lo cual permite ser estudio base para la toma de decisiones en la prevención ante inundaciones. Además, se recomienda utilizar modelos matemáticos de acuerdo a los datos de entrada disponibles de la zona de estudio.
