El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por finalidad dar a conocer a partir de la
literatura encontrada en libros, tesis, revistas y artículos de los últimos 10 años el tema de la
devolución de impuestos a trabajadores y el impacto generado en la renta de trabajo, el cual nos
permitirá conocer más sobre la deducción adicional al gasto de los trabajadores de cuarta y quinta
categoría al momento de pagar su impuesto a la renta. Esta revisión de literatura científica tiene
como objetivo recopilar información sobre la devolución de impuestos por la deducción adicional de gastos en la renta de trabajo de los trabajadores dependientes y/o independientes; dicha información
es obtenida a través de bases de datos encontradas en la web, las cuales son Google Académico,
Gale Academic OneFile, Alicia Concytec, Repositorio Académicos y SciELO. Los criterios de
selección que utilice al momento de determinar los estudios fueron: la relevancia y coherencia,
el idioma, el periodo de los últimos diez años y la accesibilidad del estudio. Como resultados,
optamos por considerar veinte artículos para sustentar nuestro trabajo y concluimos con la
importancia que tiene el tema para la población económicamente activa de nuestro país, la
cual genera renta de trabajo.
