Resumen
The main objective of this work was to diagnose the marketing epistemology in order to measure the commercialization capacities of the Machala canton. The methodology that was applied was through bibliographic research and qualitative and descriptive methods, where it helps to give an analysis based on knowledge in the complexity of marketing, in such a way that epistemology allows to know in an accurate way the nature of reality changing This research results in the changes that society and the world demonstrate, being such complex systems that, as the world changes, the needs, desires and experiences of society change. In conclusion, the epistemology of marketing based on complexity, converts complex thinking which changes the scope of purchase of the subject is to say that the subject is being studied. That is, rather than selling the product sells sells the experience lived by the product.
