Los subprocesos de apoyo: capacitación del personal en la empresa Oroauto de la ciudad de Machala.

Abstract

The objective of this research project was to develop a flow diagram of the personnel training subprocesses for the company Oroauto in the city of Machala, the process record was made, it is a complementary document for the flow diagrams. For the development of the research, it was based on the process-based management methodology, as the first stage the processes and subprocesses of the company were identified, in the second stage the flow diagrams and the process cards were described. This project was finalized describing the training subprocesses since this allows the company to visualize each one of the activities and in the same way it elaborates the file of processes where indicators were established, this will help the company to know if it is being adequately trained to the staff.
