dc.description.abstract | The work performed pretend to explain the importance of the implementation of continuous improvement strategies as well as the argument of why they are necessary and its importance in today's world in the face of increasing competitiveness in a globalised world whose markets are becoming ever more demanding, for the development and object of investigation has chosen the distributor company of OyR material and electrical products from the city of Machala and there has been a low number of sales in these last few years compared to previous years, reason for which we need to identify the problems that occurs the company in order to develop strategies for continuous improvement To improve their processes. For this we have used qualitative methodology with tools such as the technique of scientific observation and interview technique which made it possible to converse with the customers, employees and owners of the company as well as through observation to be able to corroborate the information obtained, this led us to the company had deficiency in the attention to the public, processes that took a lot and a campaign void enterprise promotion, for this we used different strategies of continuous improvement which helped to resolve these problems and to raise awareness among the members of the company the importance of employing strategies for improvement. | |
