Change is a model accepted within companies and sees it as something normal, thanks to the development of new technologies and globalization, originated very important changes in organizations, whether in the field of production, as well as in a better management of the planning aspect. This change takes into account the present and envisions a future that is excellent, and at the same time meets the objectives set. In this context, the problem being addressed is related to the need for changes at the organizational level as a strategic mechanism for the expansion of business areas. Therefore, has been selected as a research unit to the Hacienda Santa Mónica. The general objective: design a variation of structural order as a strategy that serves for the expansion of the Hacienda Santa Mónica. So, it is necessary to establish a method, such as organizational change, that allows to collect, identify and relate problems, achieving in this way that the company has the ability to adapt to the environment and thus to expand its activities. Outcomes research showed that organizational change contributes to the proper diagnosis of the company, allowing to understand that specific efforts should be transformed to achieve optimization and expansion of operations and that these are reflected in remuneration of an economic nature.
