The present investigation deals with an analysis with commercial precision techniques, focusing on what they are, fast food franchises, product that is made with ingredients, such as potato and fried chicken and some supplements to elaborate said product, through This approach determines, what are the influential factors in its great reception to the consumer, detailing the customer's satisfaction, for its mass consumption. To determine these factors a market segmentation was implemented, using descriptive type surveys, through which we can detail, in person, what is your work environment, to be able to give information, of a qualitative type, giving way to analytical type surveys, that helps us to reflect what the production quantities of said product would be, reflecting quantities in a quantitative way. Each survey was conducted with closed questions and multiple choice, also this work tells us that advertising tools have been used to host that product, with this information was formed a respective report, which makes known, The key principles of marketing the product itself, was determined, what influence has the price given to the product, to determine this value.
