dc.description.abstractAt all times public health has been considered as one of the basic conditions for a people to improve their quality of life; It should be emphasized that an adequate and effective sanitary sewer system covers a large part of the problem of human health; However, at present most of the rural or urban perimeter populations lack these services, or if they do not have them properly designed, which does not guarantee an effective functioning of them. The present project seeks to mitigate the environmental impact caused by the shortcomings of the current sanitary sewer system of the San Antonio site, Marcabelí canton, El Oro Province, this project has the application of the design regulations for rural locations; expanding and improving existing services and replacing the entire infrastructure if the case merits it, fully guaranteeing the health of users with the reduction of infectious-contagious diseases derived from a poor disposal of wastewater.
