Abstract

In most of the companies the lack of measurement of the processes, lack of management indicators and analysis of results, are one of the main causes for these organizations not to be totally productive; Management indicators today are a key part of the success of a company, especially if it is production. The objective of this research work is to define indicators that allow measuring the production process and at the same time give constant follow-up for continuous improvement; The study was conducted in the newspaper El Nacional, through the application of the inductive and descriptive more information from internal and external sources that helped helping to identify that the company lacks indicators to monitor its processes; the research resulted in the creation of indicators of productivity, process capacity, non-conforming product and sales; Indicators of processes considered critical that by applying strategies that help the organization progressively improve.
