Abstract

The evolution of technological means has allowed us to redesign the culture of satisfaction of people in all areas from their basic needs to life forms; for this reason, the excellence of the companies is attached to the constant innovation, both in its forms of production, and in the final results of the turn of its business; which makes the creation of different strategies that give a competitive advantage a priority. In analysis of the issues addressed in this paper, highlights the technological contributions that companies achieve through information technologies.
