dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this practical work is to propose a rehabilitation strategy for the housing type of the Urbanization Ciudad Palmera. For this purpose, it has been analyzed through structural software to evaluate the possible damages against an earthquake with possible characteristics, given the real area of implementation. The structural system of the house is made up of reinforced concrete bearing walls, considered in the current national regulations as a limited ductility system. This system offers benefits in terms of speed of execution of work thanks to the industrialization of its construction process. Another advantage that this system has is the high performance against an earthquake compared to conventional structural systems. Based on the failures obtained from the analysis, the rehabilitation strategy of Reinforced concrete walls reinforced with steel fibers CRFA is adopted.
